Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and KnowledgeFlex Technologies Pvt. Ltd. ("KnowledgeFlex", "we", "us") governing your use of the LearniFlex website and platform (the "Services"). If you use the Services on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you are authorised to bind that organisation.

1. Eligibility & accounts

You must provide accurate registration information and keep it current. You are responsible for activity under your account and for safeguarding your credentials. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.

2. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Services lawfully and not to misuse them. You may not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Services or related systems.
• Reverse engineer, resell, or sublicense the Services except as expressly permitted.
• Upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content, or malware.
• Interfere with the integrity, performance, or availability of the Services.

3. Customer content

You retain all rights in the content your organisation uploads. You grant us a limited licence to host, process, and display that content solely to provide the Services. You are responsible for having the rights necessary to use your content.

4. Intellectual property

The Services, including software, design, and trademarks, are owned by KnowledgeFlex or its licensors and are protected by law. These Terms grant no rights except as expressly stated.

5. Subscriptions & fees

Paid access is governed by the order and the Master Subscription Agreement. Fees are payable as set out in the applicable order and are non-refundable except as required by law.

6. Disclaimers

Except as expressly stated, the Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our aggregate liability is limited as set out in the governing subscription agreement.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases, subject to the data-handling terms in our Privacy Policy.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction, unless a signed agreement states otherwise.
